Freezer Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Place 3 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast in bowl.
    Heat water to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Add oil and pour over dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in 1 cup additional flour; turn onto floured surface and knead in an additional cup of flour.
    Separate into 2 loaves. Grease loaves, then place on greased cookie sheet and immediately place in freezer.
    After frozen, wrap individually and return to freezer.
