Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Beat cream lightly, not stiff.
    Beat eggs well, add sugar and beat again.
    Fold cream into egg mixture.
    Sift flour 3 times and add gradually to mixture.
    Add flavoring.
    Bake in angel cake tin at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
