Asparagus And Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. English peas
1 c. asparagus
2 boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
-
Put drained asparagus in buttered baking dish.
Chop eggs and put layer over asparagus, then layer of cream cheese and layer of peas. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper.
Mix milk and soup together and pour over vegetables.
