Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cans chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 head chopped cabbage
    1 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a large casserole dish with Pam. Place chopped cabbage in dish. Brown ground beef. Add bell pepper and onion.
    Drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour over chopped cabbage.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Add cheese on top and bake until melted.
