Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/6 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs until lemon colored.
    Beat in remaining ingredients except coconut. Stir in coconut.
    Bake in 9-inch unbaked pie shell 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Center will be soft.
