Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    4 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 cans evaporated milk
Preparation
    Boil rice until all water is dissolved.
    Mix eggs, sugar and milk.
    Pour the mixture into rice and when it comes to a boil, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Ready to serve hot or cold.
