Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli, chopped (including stems)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins, packed down
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
    10 strips bacon
Preparation
    Peel broccoli stems and quarter.
    Cut off fat from bacon and then cut strips lengthwise every 1/2 to 1 inch.
    Cook until crisp. Drain.
