Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    1/2 c. dried onions
    1 bay leaf
    1 pkg. flour tortillas, cut into squares
Preparation
    Rinse chicken in cold water. Place in large pot with bay leaf over medium heat, covering chicken with water. Cook until the chicken falls apart. Remove from heat. Remove chicken from bone and chop. Remove bay leaf. Add water to pot. Add onion and 1 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle with black pepper. When chicken starts boiling, slowly place tortilla squares until done.
