Ginger Ale Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can applesauce
1 large pkg. cream cheese
dash of salt
3 c. ginger ale
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 large (No. 2) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 pkg. lime jello
Preparation

Heat applesauce.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
Add lime jello (do not add water).
Cool the mixture.
Add coconut, pineapple chunks, salt and ginger ale.
Chill until firm.
