Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (3 oz.) container sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips (plain)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Cut chicken breasts in cubes and add to onion and green pepper.
    Cook on medium for 5 to 7 minutes; stir often.
    Put all of this into a greased casserole.
    Mix Cheez Whiz, sour cream, cream of chicken and taco seasoning.
    Stir well until well blended.
    Put over chicken.
    Crush tortilla chips and top chicken.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
