Spanish Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large green pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet. Drain. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Saute onions and peppers. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Let simmer 10 minutes. Add rice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
