White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. white chocolate
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. pecans or almond pieces
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in boiling water.
    Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add 4 egg yolks (beaten) and mix well.
    Add chocolate mixture to creamed mixture.
    Sift and measure flour. Sift again with soda.
    Add alternately with buttermilk.
    Fold in 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Gently fold in nuts and coconut.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes or until done.
