Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen Southern Style hash browns
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter until onions are clear (do not brown).
    Mix all ingredients and put into buttered or Pam sprayed casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Casserole is done when potatoes are tender.
