Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. fruit flavored yogurt
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat griddle.
Grease very lightly.
Beat eggs, shortening, milk and yogurt in bowl.
Add other ingredients and beat just a little.
Spoon onto hot griddle.
When bubbles appear on top, flip pancakes.
