Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water and eggs. Beat well.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
    Stir in nuts and raisins, if desired.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Cool 10 minutes before moving to wire rack.
    Makes 1 loaf.
