Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 oz. (1/4 c.) poppy seed
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour 6 mini loaf pans or 2 bread pans.
Combine sugar and eggs; beat well.
Add oil and mix to blend.
Combine flour, salt, soda and poppy seed.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk to sugar and eggs.
Beat in vanilla. Pour equally into pans.
Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
