Rogo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated cheese
    margarine
    shredded lettuce
    Enchilada Sauce
    diced radishes, celery, onions, green peppers and tomatoes
    corn chips
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger and season with onion.
    (Skim off grease.) Mix the hamburger, rice and cheese with a little margarine. Cover plate with the lettuce.
    Put a mound of meat and rice mixture on it. Cover with more cheese. Add Enchilada Sauce over top. Cover with the radishes, celery, onions, green peppers and tomatoes. Add more sauce, if desired. Serve with corn chips.
