French Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck, cubed
    2 onions, sliced
    1 slice bread, break in pieces
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in casserole. Bake, covered, in a 300\u00b0 oven for 4 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.
