Peek-A-Boo Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
3 c. flour
1 can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar until creamy.
Add sugar, 1 cup at a time.
Add
vanilla, almond flavoring and flour.
Mix well. Grease and
flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread 2/3 of batter on the bottom
of
pan.
Spread
cherry
pie
filling
on top of batter, then
spread remaining batter over pie filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
