Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green tomatoes
    1 c. regular oil
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of garlic (optional)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes thin and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Dip in flour; shake excess off.
    Mix eggs and milk together and beat well.
    Place tomatoes in egg mixture, then add to cornmeal; do one at a time doing this process.
    Heat oil in a skillet and fry tomatoes until golden brown on both sides.
