French Fried Onion Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed cooked real potatoes
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small onion, finely chopped or grated
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 - 3 1/2 oz. can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Peel, quarter and boil 4 medium potatoes until fork tender, drain.
    Put the potatoes in a large mixing bowl and mash while hot.
    Add cream cheese, onion, eggs and flour.
    Beat at medium speed with electric whipper until blended.
    Increase to high and beat until fluffy.
    Season with salt and pepper.
