Cheesecake Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Push a vanilla wafer in miniature tart pan and fill cup 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Place 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling on top.
