Ten Yolk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. orange flavoring
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 to 10 egg yolks
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one or two at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with water.
    Add flavoring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in three 8-inch pans or two 9-inch pans. Frost with Seven Minute Icing.
