Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese, mild or sharp
2 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. half and half (if desired)
1/3 c. chopped onion (if desired)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 stick margarine or butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Boil macaroni for 10 minutes.
When done, place in casserole dish.
Cut up one stick of margarine or butter until completely melted in macaroni.
Then add milk, cheese and other ingredients.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
