Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic (unpeeled to flavor shrimp)
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 to 1/2 c. onion tops
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. each: red pepper, salt and lemon pepper
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 qt. peeled shrimp (chop some)
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Boil shrimp with 4 cloves of garlic (unpeeled) for 8 minutes. Peel shrimp; chop some and leave some whole.
    Combine all other ingredients together; add shrimp last.
    Let stand overnight.
