Danish Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
salt
1 c. flour
4 beaten eggs (one at a time)
Preparation

Bring to a boil the milk, butter and salt.
Add the flour all at once; stir until it forms a ball around spoon.
Add 1 beaten egg; beat until smooth.
Add 3 more eggs, one at a time.
Beat until each one is smooth.
Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling soup.
