Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breasts, cut in bite-size
    1 lb. broccoli or desired amount (bite-size)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (canola oil)
    1 onion, cut in chunks
    pinch of crushed red pepper
    cauliflower, carrots (sliced) and snow pea pods (use any amount)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. Kikkoman soy or stir-fry sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or deep pan.
    Add chicken; stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add vegetables; fry 1 minute.
    Add water; cover and fry 2 minutes.
    Stir and fry 2 more minutes.
    Add red pepper and soy sauce.
    Cook, stirring until chicken and vegetables are coated with sauce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Serve with buttered garlic bread.
