Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless pork chops
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 small pkg. frozen baby carrots (I don't use the whole package)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, sliced into strips
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place pork chops, potatoes, carrots, onion and bell pepper in a baking dish.
    Pour cream of chicken soup over the meat and vegetables.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    You may want to add a little water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
