Snowfall Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
juice of 1 lemon
3 pkg. Dream Whip (or equivalent Cool Whip)
1 angel food cake
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. frozen coconut

Preparation

Dissolve the
gelatin
in
the cold water.
Add the hot water, granulated
sugar, pineapple and juice and lemon juice. Blend well and let \"set\" in refrigerator until slightly thick.
