Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. macaroni
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Melt butter; stir in the flour and add salt, pepper and milk and cook until thick.
    Add all Velveeta except 2 slices.
    Mix in the macaroni.
    Pour into a greased baking dish; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
