Classic Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. yellow, spicy brown or Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sweet relish (optional)
    Paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Slice the eggs in half, and carefully remove the yolks into a small mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish and salt, and mix until creamy. Spoon the mixture into the hollows in the egg whites. Sprinkle with a little paprika for color if desired. May double or triple this recipe.
