Chopped Chicken Liver - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken livers
2 medium onions
2 hard-boiled eggs
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop onions.
Saute 1 1/2 onions and chicken livers in 2 tablespoons of oil over low heat until livers are thoroughly cooked and crumble easily and onions are brown, but not burned.
