Cranberry Cream Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. banana, cut into chunks
1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped (to taste, I use about 1 Tbsp. sugar)
1 can jellied cranberry sauce, well chilled and cut into big chunks
Preparation

Beat the first 4 ingredients together.
Fold in the pineapple and banana.
Whip the heavy cream until it forms peaks and slowly fold in mixture.
Fold in cranberry sauce chunks.
