Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped onions
4 crushed garlic
1/4 c. chicken fat or butter
1 1/2 gal. chicken stock
3 lb. sliced zucchini
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. rubbed sage
1 Tbsp. ground thyme
2 c. uncooked rice
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Cook onions and garlic in fat until soft, but not brown.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Stir once or twice.
