Petite Cheesecake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 cupcake liners
    24 vanilla wafers
    2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can fruit topping
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Drop one vanilla wafer into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
    Fill cups 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until set.
    Top with your favorite fruit topping.
