Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Drain artichokes and cut in small pieces.
Add mayonnaise and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Put mixture into ovenproof dish and heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
You may substitute 8 ounce package cream cheese for mayonnaise.
