Pinto Fiesta Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 c. diced raw apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together sugar and butter.
Add mashed beans.
Sift dry ingredients together and add slowly to butter mixture.
Fold in apples, raisins, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in tube pan at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
