Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. water
14 large marshmallows or 70 small
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can evaporated milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

In a large saucepan bring water to boil.
Lower heat.
Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Add marshmallows and cream cheese that has been cut into small pieces.
Stir until melted. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into ungreased mold and chill until firm.
