Ritz Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. stewed squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix together the margarine and cracker crumbs, saving half for topping.
    Mix all ingredients; pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
