Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. bourbon
1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
powdered sugar (for rolling)
Preparation

Mix together wafer crumbs, pecans, powdered sugar and cocoa. Blend bourbon and syrup.
Combine the mixtures.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll lightly in powdered sugar and refrigerate in airtight container.
Makes 4 dozen.
