Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon with liquid
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together, making sure all liquid is used. If not, add more cracker crumbs. Form into about 5 or 6 patties. Fry in oil slowly until browned on both sides.
