Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Purchase 6 firm tomatoes.
    Cut tomatoes in half.
    Scoop out pulp of tomatoes.
    Save pulp for further use. Fill tomatoes with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon olive oil on each tomato.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
