Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. spaghetti sauce
16 oz. pkg. ziti or pasta shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
12 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

In Dutch oven or large kettle, prepare ziti as package directs; drain and set aside.
In same Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until well browned, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Remove Dutch oven from heat; stir in Ricotta, next 5 ingredients and half of sauce until well mixed.
Add ziti and toss gently to coat well. Spoon mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Pour remaining sauce evenly over ziti mixture; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
