Grilled Marinated Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Sauterne wine or apple juice
    1/2 c. peanut or vegetable oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root or 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl or heavy plastic bag. Marinate, turning several times, at least 2 hours at room temperature or up to 1 day in refrigerator.
    Remove turkey; discard marinade.
