Ingredients

2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (1 lb.) can sliced beets, drained
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits with syrup
Preparation

Combine in saucepan, brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Stir in pineapple tidbits with syrup; cook until thickened.
Add lemon juice and sliced beets.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
