Plum Nutty Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 small jars plum baby food
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Add 3 eggs,
2 jars baby canned plums, 1 cup cooking oil and 1 cup chopped nuts. Mix well.
Grease and lightly flour a tube pan or sheet pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
