Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 (12 oz. size) bowl Cool Whip (plus 2 c. for topping)
    1 c. powdered sugar
    3 small boxes lemon instant pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Mix plain flour, margarine and pecans in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and press to the bottom to form crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
