Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (hot)
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can water
Preparation
    Brown sausage, bell pepper and onion.
    Remove from heat and drain.
    In a bowl, mix chicken soup, rice and water.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 12-inch casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
