Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can beef consomme
1 can French onion soup
1 stick butter
1 c. rice
mushrooms
Preparation

Boil a piece of fresh ham or Boston butt in water.
When it is almost done, turn heat to low and let water cook out.
Let meat brown, turning often.
When meat is brown, pour a small amount of water over meat.
Use this liquid to cook rice.
