Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour (self-rising)
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix salad oil and sugar; add eggs.
Add all other ingredients as listed.
Bake in a large 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until done.
Make icing; pour over cake while hot.
